How to make Phool Makhana Kheer with step-by-step photos:
1. Add 1 tablespoon of desi ghee
2. Add 1 cup of Phool Makhana
3. Roast the Makhanas in the ghee and keep them aside
4. Add 400 ml milk to the same bowl
5. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and bring it to boil
6. In the meantime, make a fine powder of Almonds and Pistachio and keep it ready
7. Add roasted Makhanas to the boiling milk
8. Add Almonds and Pista powder to the milk
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
10. Cook on a medium flame for 5 mins
11. Phool Makhana Kheer is ready
12. Garnish it with rose petals
13. Makhana Kheer is ready to serve
